My Honest Review Of Care/of - A Non-Sponsored Review

We all want to take care of ourselves, but as busy moms, coming up with a plan for that is sometimes the last thing on our to-do list. When I decided I needed to start taking vitamins, I was extremely overwhelmed by the choices, needs, and recommendations Google provided as I tried to decide what was best for me. I came across Care/of, who offers a quiz to provide recommendations based on your personal needs and goals. So here I am... and here is my honest review of Care/of.

Care/of did not sponsor this post, and I did not receive free product in exchange for a review. This is my honest review of Care/of.

There are a few companies that offer quizzes similar to the one Care/of offers, and if you know me, you know I took them all. I enjoyed the simplicity and design of Care/of's quiz best and ultimately decided to give them a try.

Honest Review of Care/of

What I Like About Care/of

Personalization.

When you take the quiz, you set your main goal. You can choose from many goals like sleep, energy, skin, stress, fitness, etc. The quiz only takes 5 minutes, or less. Finally, supplements are recommended based on your goal and answers.

Take the quiz to find the right vitamins, proteins, and now collagen too. Personalized just for you.

Well, I'm indecisive. Plus, I'm busy and almost 33. I had two main goals-- energy and skin. Since I could only set one main goal, which was energy, I was thankful that I had an opportunity to browse and research supplements after they recommended some for me.

Browsing.

Once they recommend supplements, you can choose to go with those and be done with decisions, or you can browse through their inventory and add/remove supplements as you please.

My favorite way to browse is by "goal." I knew my recommended supplements supported increased energy, but I wanted something to support healthy skin. All I had to do was expand the "skin" category, and I was able to see all of my options.

They even provide studies conducted with that particular supplement and what benefits they provided.

Customer service.

After receiving my supplements for several months in a row, with no issues, I realized my latest shipment had not arrived when I ran out of my current pack. (The new pack typically arrives a few days before you run out.) After searching for a way to contact customer service, I finally clicked on "send us a text" in the app. I didn't have high hopes for this.

About an hour later, I received a text. They stated what I already knew... once it leaves them, they cannot control shipping. But, they went on to apologize for the inconvenience and send out the same order at no charge. They finished their response by letting me know the first order may show up, and if it does, not to worry-- I can keep both orders and simply postpone my next shipment until I run out of supplements.

Customer service matters. Although I didn't ask for this, good customer service retains customers. Their willingness to help even when they are not at fault speaks volumes.

It's easy.

Everything needed for the day is divided into individual packets. Tear open and go.

What I Don't Like About Care/of

The only thing I have disliked about Care/of is the fact that I'm not sure I can tell a difference since I started taking the supplements. It's been well over three months, and I have not seen an increase in energy... and my wrinkles haven't disappeared, ha!

I'm a busy mom, PhD student, and small business owner, so I totally understand that there are a lot of factors affecting my energy levels. So, I'm not ruling out the supplements yet. I also recently discovered my hormone levels were low and as a result changed my birth control method. It is definitely a possibility that low hormones could have made it difficult for my energy levels to increase. With the changes I made there, hopefully, I will begin to see an improvement soon.

I know good things take time.
